Terms and Conditions

This is a list of some of my main Terms and Conditions

• All invoices must be paid within 7 days.
• Any queries on invoices must be made within 7 days of the date of issue. Subsequent queries cannot be entertained.
• Non payment of any invoice will result in all services being suspended.
• Re-connection to services will range from € 100 per website and € 50 per E-mail account.
• Charges for providing e-mail for non-clients is € 50 per day per e-mail account for the first week. These charges will double every subsequent week ie € 100 per day in week 2, € 200 per day in week 3 and so on.
• Charges for providing web services for non-clients is € 100 per day per for the first week. These charges will double every subsequent week ie € 200 per day in week 2, € 400 per day in week 3 and so on.
• Re-connection will only be considered after all outstanding fees have been paid.
• Promises to pay fees at a future date will not be entertained; only actual payment will be acceptable.
• I reserve control over all all software, domains and other services until fees are paid in full.
• Foul or abusive language is not tolerated.
